Māori Research Internships

Each year, Scion seeks students wishing to complete a 12 week internship programme with the aim of working with an active researcher and developing research skills in the context of clearly-defined parts of a research project.

The internship/s are open to Māori or indigenous students who are in their final undergraduate year, or who are in the preliminary stages of a post-graduate study programme. Applicants are expected to have serious intention of continuing their studies in the following academic year; and to be considering a career in scientific research.
