About

Dr Chris Goulding specialises in forest management systems for intensively managed forests. His current research is on inventory systems for operational management and large-scale forest inventory to estimate carbon stocks in New Zealand forests. He also contributes to work on improving indicators of forest sustainability and is a lead auditor in New Zealand for Forest Stewardship Certification.
