Water Analysis

Water sampling Monitoring water quality by having it tested is an important part of maintaining a safe and reliable source that is protected from potential contamination, and is operating properly.  It is important to test the suitability of your water quality for its intended purpose.

Veritec offers water nutrient and elemental analysis services, which provide an indication of the state or health of the system or ecosystem being examined. Customers include: land holder groups and trusts, pulp and paper and timber mills, universities and research organisations.

Inorganic anions and cations of clean environmental water samples are analysed using ion chromatography.  Spectrophotometry is used for nitrogen and phosphorus analyses of water and waste water. Elemental analyses include most of the elements on the periodic table and are analysed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

We provide routine and customized water testing services to meet the unique needs of all of our customers. We offer testing services specifically designed to help the customer determine the quality of the water.

Veritec is an active member of Global Proficiency and participates in 9 rounds per year.
