NZ Wood Timber Design Awards

Scion is a category sponsor for the 2012 NZ Wood Timber Design Awards. The awards, which recognise excellence across functionality and aesthetics, are open to all New Zealand resident architects, builders, architectural designers, engineers, students and other designers in timber.

The Scion Sustainability Award is for entries that show a commitment to sustainability where there is a focus on timber, the carbon footprint, location of supply, energy efficiency etc.

The finalists for the 2012 awards have now been announced. The awards evening will take place on Tuesday 9 October at MOTAT Aviation Hall in Auckland.
