Scion’s 2022 Packaging Conference was held on 10 November 2022 in Rotorua.
The theme of this year’s workshop was “The Packaging Challenge – 100% reusable, recyclable or compostable packaging by 2025”.
While the challenge is a global one, our aim for the one-day conference was to discuss New Zealand-specific challenges and perspectives on the matter. Speakers and participants from New Zealand industry (producers, users and recyclers of packaging materials) and sustainable packaging experts from Scion were there.
